This industry forum explored how our artists and cultural organisations are engaging audiences through digital channels and platforms.

Amid the disruption caused by COVID-19, Australian artists and organisations turned to digital ways of making and presenting art more than ever before. For some, this represented an opportunity to accelerate their plans for digital delivery, while others took their first steps online.

What did we learn about transitioning our business models into the digital space? What are the opportunities and challenges ahead for our cultural and creative sector to develop our digital capabilities?
