About This Episode
How do we prioritise and bring disability to the centre of all the work that we do? As artist, organisation, producer and advocate? How can we learn and create inclusive spaces online together?
Deaf and disabled people have always used online spaces to teach, organise and share knowledge, across a multitude of platforms and programs. Deaf and disabled people deeply understand, and regularly practice, innovative and creative thinking to overcome societal barriers to ways of working.
Dr Riona Tindal, Deaf Arts Officer at Accessible Arts NSW, will present and share practical tips around rethinking what inclusive practices need to look like online, now and into the future.
