About This Episode

How can artists and organisations develop and produce authentic and engaging education programs for children and young adults?

Now more than ever; artists, organisations and institutions are developing educational material and programs for schools and young people in a digital space. This session will discuss the role and value of artists and collections for education, and how we might use artists as the starting point for learning and engagement with the arts to develop education programs and work with educators.

The session, hosted by Education Officer for Tarnanthi (AGSA), Tom Readett will unpack how educators and organisations can create meaningful engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists and collections authentically and appropriately.
