About This Episode
How do we approach gender diversity in our organisations? How do we lead in a non-gendered way?
This session will provide support and resources for best practice for arts and organisations for working with, for and alongside gender diverse collaborators and audiences. It can sometimes be intimidating and difficult to navigate how to approach these conversations. What is the right approach and how can we be sensitive and considerate of diverse experiences? How can we work better to create safe and inclusive spaces for all?
Vincent Silk will host this session and provide practical guidance and information on how to approach these conversations with care and compassion.
