About This Episode

As the world goes online – there is more potential than ever before to reach an audience digitally. But when it comes to arts and culture, meaningful online engagement is not straightforward.

In this webinar, we’ll take a look at how arts organisations are growing online audiences, and the ingredients of successful digital engagement strategies.

You’ll hear about the latest research on digital participation, digital capacity building and what cultural professionals have learned from past attempts (and yes, failures).

There is no one way to approach a digital product, and in some ways, this is new, unchartered territory, but this session is designed to arm you with insight into what audiences want online.

The digital world has been waiting for this moment – waiting for YOU to come and bring your creativity online. Researcher Tandi Palmer Williams is excited to get you up to speed, get you inspired and get you ready to break all the rules.
