About This Episode
How can we transform or modify our business models to monetise our creative digital outputs?
We often publish our content online as a secondary priority, for free and with unrestricted access. This approach may no longer be viable as organisations and practitioners rely solely on digital platforms for both our audiences and revenue streams. This session will explore how organisations can transform or rethink business models to leverage and monetise digital work.
Hosted by Peter Tullin (REMIX Summits), the session will provide case studies of how organisations and practitioners can successfully rethink and transform business models for ongoing sustainability.
