Barbara Howard
Biographies
Barbara is originally from Aotearoa New Zealand. She moved to Kalgoorlie-Boulder in 1998 and lived there for ten years before moving to Perth with her family. Barbara is currently Network Director for Country Arts, WA and she is accountable for setting up Regional Arts Hubs across the state with partner organisations including Goolarri Media in Broome. She holds two undergraduate degrees from Murdoch University and she recently completed the Australian Rural Leadership Program, supported by the Australia Council for the Arts. Barbara is committed to supporting leadership development in regional, rural and remote Australia.
