Doone McAlary
Biographies
Doone has lived in regional Victoria and Western Australia, and both regional and remote New South Wales. Her love affair with Country Arts WA was ignited whilst managing Arts Margaret River; bloomed during her term on the Board; and deepened when becoming part of the team in September 2015.
Doone has an immense appreciation of and admiration for the incredible achievements of regional arts organisations. She loves literature, theatre, art, and language, and laments she’s a master of none; and is partial to a cup of tea and a crossword, though not those cryptic ones!
