David is a leadership coach and facilitator with over 15 years’ experience across corporate and government sectors. With a commercial background spanning more than 25 years, he specialises in supporting leaders to confidently navigate times of major transition and uncertainty to forge new growth opportunities.
David has consulted to a number of organisations undergoing significant transformational changes including restructures, regulatory change (FOFA – Future of Financial Advice), technology changes and cultural change. Clients include Sydney Trains, Westpac, BT, CBA and Department of Family and Community Services.
David has also worked with many leadership teams, executives and managers to provide facilitation, one-on-one coaching and business coaching in the areas of strategy, culture and deeper engagement.
David’s commercial background includes consulting roles with KPMG, pacific area-wide leadership program development for Dow Chemical, Sales Director for an IT systems integrator and Country Manager for Japan’s largest dental business for Australia & New Zealand where he developed and executed a strategic business plan resulting in record revenue and profit growth.
David is passionate about supporting leaders to hone their vision and more deeply connect with themselves in a way that delivers on their commercial objectives and aligns their people.
In addition to a psychology degree David has post graduate qualifications in Marketing. He is also a coaching supervisor to EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) standards, a Certified Meta Coach (ACMC), a trained Systemic Leadership Facilitator, an ODR Change Management Practitioner and is certified in the use of The Leadership Circle leadership methodology.
When not actively in pursuit of three sport-loving boys David loves to follow his passions of music and golf.
