Sandra was the Business and International Touring Manager of Bangarra Dance Theatre for nine years and Producer for Theatre company version 1.0 for three years before commencing at the Australia Council for the Arts in 2015.

She manages the Artists Services team and oversees the outreach program providing pre- application advice together with targeted grants and funding information sessions to artists and arts organisations nationally.
