People living in the Holroyd area and working in the disability sector are invited to attend a free-of-charge practical seminar that will give them the opportunity to know more about working culturally and artistically with people with a disability.
Presented by Holroyd City Council and Community Cultural Development NSW, the seminar includes project presentations, art workers’ experiences, information on developing community projects using arts and cultural processes, sources of funding, and managing projects.
A range of speakers will be on hand including independent arts workers and those from organisations like Powerhouse Youth Theatre and Holroyd CreateAbility.
The seminar will take place on Monday 18 July 2005 and runs all day.
