The Australia Council for the Arts today announced the appointment of Fenn Gordon as its Director of Market Development.
As Director of Market Development, Fenn Gordon will lead the Australia Council’s activities in developing new markets for Australian arts at home and internationally.
Fenn is currently a producer with Performing Lines, the performance development, production and touring company, where she has worked with many of Australia’s leading artists including William Yang, Dancenorth and the late Tanja Liedtke.
Prior to this she worked for more than two decades in her native New Zealand as a freelance producer. She has also written and taught extensively about touring and producing in the performing arts.
Fenn will commence in the role early in August 2009.
