An Australia Council for the Arts commissioned publication for arts organisations, Full House: Turning data into audiences, is now available.
The ticketing and marketing manual was written by cultural consultants Roger Tomlinson and Tim Roberts, and is a revised version of the wellregarded UK publication Boxing Clever.
The manual provides advice for arts organisations in building closer relationships with their audiences, drawing on information gleaned at crucial points in the transaction process – from website to box office and ultimately to concert hall or gallery.
Full House was commissioned by the Australia Council for the Arts, with assistance from Arts Victoria, WA Department of Culture and the Arts, Arts SA, Arts Queensland and Arts NT.
