Sophie Masson’s Feathers of the Firebird blog has featured interviews of past residents of The Keesing Studio at the Cité Internationale des Arts. The Keesing Studio was generously leased in 1985 for 75 years by the late Nancy Keesing to provide Australian writers with the opportunity to be immersed and stimulated by Paris. The writers talk about their experiences of residency and the enduring impact the residency has had on their work. Here is a selection of interviews. To view the whole series go to Feathers of the Firebird and click on the Paris studio interviews.
