About the resource
Arts Law Centre of Australia is Australia’s only community legal centre for the arts. It gives free or low-cost legal advice to Australian artists and arts organisations.
It also offers free resources on:
- contracts
- copyright
- defamation
- Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP).
Arts Law is funded by Creative Australia, as well as all state and territory governments through a National Funding Agreement.
