Help bring CYT's 2027 season to life. We're back onstage with over 35+ opportunities for professional, emerging and young artists.
About
Canberra Youth Theatre is a home for bold new works created in collaboration with young people, emerging artists, and professional creatives. Creating theatre with, by, and for young people is at the core of what we do — helping them find their voice, build skills, and create work of outstanding quality.
We acknowledge the many Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and honour their Elders past and present.
We respect their deep enduring connection to their lands, waterways, and surrounding clan groups since time immemorial. We cherish the richness of First Nations peoples’ artistic and cultural expressions. We are privileged to gather on this Country and to share knowledge, culture and art, now and with future generations.
