WE’RE ALMOST THERE! HELP US BRING 'SECRET OF THE RAFT' TO THE STAGE.
About
Founded in 2011, by Artistic Director Louise Howlett, ReAction Theatre creates ambitious, innovative performance across theatre, multimedia and devised practice. Our work centres collaboration, embodied storytelling and diverse voices. Recent work includes 'La Souris blanche' at La Mama theatre, Melbourne and The Street Theatre, Canberra, and 'Secret of the Raft', a French-English bilingual immersive reimagining of Géricault’s iconic 'Raft of the Medusa' painting.
We acknowledge the many Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and honour their Elders past and present.
We respect their deep enduring connection to their lands, waterways, and surrounding clan groups since time immemorial. We cherish the richness of First Nations peoples’ artistic and cultural expressions. We are privileged to gather on this Country and to share knowledge, culture and art, now and with future generations.
