Thea Baumann: Manager International Development Operations, Australia Council for the Arts. Thea and the International team have recently launched the INTEL: Podcast series. Thea will discuss the discovery process, lessons learnt and audience outcomes they hope to achieve through the new series.

Jonnine Nokes: Independent live and studio engineer: Jonnine is an independent live and studio audio engineer, artist and musician based in Naarm (Melbourne). They have designed sound and score for advertising, web content, theatre and dance productions. They mix and master a diverse range of audio material for local and international release. Jonnine is also the co-founder of Tender Collection, a record label devoted to queer/feminist electronic, punk and outsider music.

This weekly online conversation has been developed for the Arts and creative industry: digital support facebook group. Every week, industry experts, artists and digital adaptors will join the panel to discuss solutions and ideas that inform the industry.

This series has been designed to answer the needs of the group and as the circumstances change day by day, so do the most important topics.

Gab Burke – Double J producer

Gab is a radio presenter and producer who has worked at the ABC since 2012.

Her broadcast career began at Brisbane community radio station 4ZZZ, before moving to national youth music station triple j.

Gab has produced and presented local and national broadcasts for ABC Radio and has extensive experience covering breaking news and emergencies.

In 2016 Gab moved to Sydney to produce Double J’s flagship music history program The J Files, and in 2019 Gab produced Double J’s first documentary podcast series Inside the Big Day Out.

Inside the Big Day Out tracked the rise and fall of Australia’s Big Day Out music festival, which was once the biggest touring music festival in the world.

Gab has also produced the J Files podcast since 2016.

Thea Baumann: Manager International Development Operations, Australia Council for the Arts.

Thea Mai Baumann is a creative executive, artist, technologist, and producer. She is Manager International Development Operations in the International division for the Australia council for the Arts where she overlooks strategic investments and market development initiatives to grow the profile of Australian work in North America, Europe, North Asia, and South and South East Asia. Prior to this she was CEO, Founder, and Executive Director for the world-first augmented reality brand Metaverse Makeovers, where she led the commercialisation of wearable holograms in China and the Asian female mobile market.
